Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all physical goods, such as study materials and course completion certificates, that may be dispatched by Manthra Institute.
Please note that our primary offerings are online and offline educational courses, which are services. The “delivery” of these courses is provided through digital access or in-person classes, as detailed below.
1. Delivery of Courses

Online Courses: Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive an email confirmation. Access to course materials, online learning portals, and class schedules will be provided via email, typically within 24 hours of enrollment. This constitutes the “delivery” of our online courses.

Offline Courses: For our offline (in-person) courses, “delivery” constitutes the conducting of classes at our institute in Kannanallor, Kollam, as per the schedule provided upon enrollment. Your payment confirmation receipt serves as proof of your enrollment.
2. Delivery of Physical Goods (Study Materials & Certificates)
This section applies to the shipment of physical items.
A. Processing Time

All orders for physical study materials are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Course completion certificates from Manthra Institute will be processed and dispatched within 15 business days following the successful completion and evaluation of your course.

Kerala State Rutronix Certificates: The issuance of official certificates from Kerala State Rutronix is subject to their own processing timelines. We will dispatch these certificates within 5 business days of receiving them from Rutronix.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
B. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Time
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed, if applicable, at checkout or will be included in the course fee.
Please note that these are estimates. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal service issues or natural calamities. We currently do not offer international shipping for physical goods.
C. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@manthra.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
D. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the student’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Manthra Institute is not liable for any loss or delay caused by an incorrect address provided by the student. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the student will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.
